Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Associate - Strategic Finance in Darien, CT to join a global asset manager. You will support FP&A, annual budgets, multi-year plans, and rolling forecasts, and craft KPI insights to align with strategic objectives.

You will assist in capital structure strategy, including debt and equity financing, build liquidity forecasts, evaluate strategic transactions, and contribute to investor materials and disclosures. On-site position.

Qualifications

• FP&A experience including budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Ability to develop annual budgets and multi-year plans.
• Proficiency with financial modeling, scenario analysis and KPI tracking.
• Ability to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
• Experience in capital structure planning and debt/equity decisions.
• Forecasting liquidity, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Experience evaluating M&A, divestitures, and partnerships.
• Support integration efforts post-acquisition with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare investor materials and disclosures with clear messaging.
