Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience in consulting, product management, or business systems analysis.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
• Must reside in the Sacramento region (or be willing to relocate) for on-site work on the State of California account.
• Solid baseline understanding of California state government dynamics and navigating public sector operations.
• Experience supporting business transformation or technology initiatives with strong project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client-facing public sector workstreams, applying analytical processes to technology projects, business systems analysis, and product management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meetings/workshops, deliverable creation, and financial management.
• Conduct user/customer research and business systems analysis, presenting findings to ensure delivery alignment and long-term client trust.
• Provide hands-on support for Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training initiatives, including curricula development and driving user adoption strategies.
• Contribute to methodologies, tools, and intellectual capital related to public sector technology delivery and change management.
• Participate in business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals and client outreach.
