Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, research, or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
• Must reside in the Sacramento region or be willing to relocate for on-site support.
• Growing understanding of State of California public sector operations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with ability to adapt to changing client needs.
• Experience leading stakeholder engagements with clients and colleagues across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support client-facing public sector technology and consulting workstreams by documenting processes, conducting research, tracking delivery statuses, and organizing data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client service, including stakeholder management, meetings, deliverables, and project/financial management.
• Assist with client presentations, user readiness assessments, and representing the firm on-site.
• Contribute to thought leadership, internal tools, resources, and training.
• Support development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles and guides.
• Assist with business development by identifying opportunities and helping with proposals and outreach.
