Andersen Tax is seeking a Senior Associate to join our team, serving as a technical accounting resource for internal leadership and client-facing teams. This role researches complex accounting issues, develops firmwide policies, and ensures compliance with U.S.

GAAP, SEC regulations, and PCAOB standards. The position involves drafting memos, supporting both internal and client engagements, and leading policy implementation across global entities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience with public accounting background.
• Experience in SEC reporting (filings or auditing SEC registrants) required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, PCAOB standards, and disclosures.
• Experience drafting high-quality technical memos and policy guidance.
• Consolidation accounting experience for a global organization.

Mansioni

• Serve as technical accounting policy expert for leadership and client-facing teams.
• Develop and update the firm’s accounting policy framework reflecting U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance.
• Research complex accounting issues and prepare technical memos.
• Provide technical consultations on complex transactions and reporting matters.
• Monitor FASB, SEC, and PCAOB pronouncements and lead implementation.
• Assist with financial disclosures and SEC filings.
• Prepare detailed footnote disclosures and reconcile reporting to GAAP.
• Deliver training on updates to partners and staff.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, operations, and finance on accounting initiatives.
