Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically associate degree with 7+ years, bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, or master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience in analytical development for synthetic molecules.
• Hands-on laboratory experience is required.
• Strong expertise in analytical techniques for testing synthetic molecules during process development (HPLC/UPLC, GC/GC-MS, FT-IR, NMR, Karl Fischer, particulates).
• Ability to plan, execute, analyze, and communicate conclusions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, qualify and report analytical methods for in-process testing of synthetic molecules.
• Collaborate with in-process analytical testing teams for method transfer and lifecycle management.
• Apply AQbD principles and validate technologies and platforms in process analytics.
