  2. Assisting with small and large-scale protein expression using bacteria, insect cells, and HEK293 cells.
  3. Performing molecular biology techniques such as plasmid and bacmid purification and baculovirus production.
  4. Conducting protein biochemical analysis using HPLC and FPLC.
  5. Protein purification (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion) and biochemical (FSEC, SDS-PAGE, western blot, FACS, in vitro functional assays) and biophysical (SEC-MALS, BLI) analyses.
  6. Participating in journal clubs and presenting data.
Ideal candidate:
  • Has a passion for science and innovation, with a dedication to continual improvement.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment to develop lifesaving medicines.
  • Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biophysics, chemistry, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, including molecular biology and cell culturing.
  • Experience with heterologous protein expression and purification is highly desirable.
