Job summary

Pfizer seeks a molecular biology expert to support HTS vaccine candidate evaluation. You will perform RNA synthesis and analyses, design cell-based assays, and automate workflows with Hamilton STAR. Strong data interpretation and reporting to leadership are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Biology/Cell Biology/Molecular Biology or related field.
• 3–5 years in academic/biopharma research OR MS with 0–3 years.
• Proficiency in molecular biology: in vitro transcription, RNA analysis, and cell-based assays.
• Mammalian cell culture experience and aseptic technique.
• Ability to design, execute, analyze experiments and present data.
• Strong attention to detail; commitment to documentation standards.
• Collaborative, fast-paced team orientation; strong written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and GraphPad Prism.

Responsibilities

• Relocation support available; work location: On Premise.
• Base salary range: $68,600–$114,300; bonus target 7.5%.
