Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the Commercial Operations team to drive the current and future state success of our sales organization. You will build and execute team strategy, own capacity planning, and become the data SME, delivering insights to accelerate deal velocity and improve accuracy across lines of business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3+ years experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related experience; high-growth or experience in a technology company preferred
  • Ability to map end-to-end processes using Lucidchart, Google Slides, etc, or similar process mapping tooling
  • Versatile problem solver with a structured approach in identify, sizing, and solving problems through strong project/program management capabilities
  • Manual data extraction from disparate sources leveraging CRM reporting, SQL, AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude + Snowflake Integrations)
  • Analyze data sets to generate insight, conduct sizing of estimated impact of current and future states, and can build data models to estimate future work

About The Team

The Commercial Operations team is part of the Sales Strategy and Operations organization and plays a unique role in accelerating deal velocity while maintaining deal accuracy and compliance. We partner closely with sales across all lines of businesses to help close deals faster, more efficiently, and accurately. As part of the Commercial Operations team, the Senior Associate will have the opportunity to define, operationalize, measure, and scale the future state of how our team partners with and deliver impact to sales.

About The Role

As a Senior Associate on the Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role driving the current and future state success of our team and the sales business. In this role, help build and execute our team strategy, own team capacity planning, be the subject matter expert on our data, generate deep insights and recommendations on how to improve deal velocity and accuracy, and own the delivery of projects and programs that impact sales across all lines of businesses.

Qualifications and Experience
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • You have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related experience; high-growth or experience in a technology company preferred
  • You can deeply understand complex processes and produce end to end documentation and processes and workflows (Lucidchart, Google Slides, etc, or similar process mapping tooling)
  • You are a versatile problem solver who takes a structured approach in identify, sizing, and solving problems through strong project/program management capabilities
  • You can manually extract data from disparate sources leveraging CRM reporting, SQL, AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude + Snowflake Integrations)
  • You analyze data sets to generate insight, conduct sizing of estimated impact of current and future states, and can build data models to estimate future work

We expect this position to be filled by 10/14/26.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.

Paid Time Off Details
  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$88,400—$130,000 USD
