Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in roofing, waterproofing, or building-envelope design.
• Strong expertise in roofing system detailing, material selection, and construction documentation.
• PE license, RRC, or RRO preferred, or the ability to obtain.
• Proven experience leading teams or managing complex technical projects.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with owners and contractors.

Responsibilities
