The JPMorganChase Community Engagement team is hiring a Relationship Manager to help advance key policy, business, and community priorities through engagement with influential third-party stakeholders. Stakeholders are civic and community partners shaping local and national dialogue on financial services issues (including consumer issues, small business, housing, workforce and economic development).
As a Senior Associate, Relationship Manager on the Community Engagement team in Corporate Responsibility, you will report to the Community Engagement Regional Executive for West Region and serve as the firm's primary point of contact for influential stakeholders, including local policy organizations, advocates, grassroots and neighborhood organizations, and grasstops and civic groups. Working closely with internal colleagues from Government Relations, Global Philanthropy, Communications and lines of business, you will develop and drive strategies that build and sustain stakeholder relationships in support of the firm's policy, business and community goals. You will deploy grants, host and sponsor events, and engage in conversations to share the firm's views, seek other perspectives, and help shape the conversation among key people and organizations. Important to the success of this work will be an understanding of how large financial services companies affect the economy and they communities they operate in.
