Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate of Sustainability Reporting & Governance within its Finance-Controllers function.

The role focuses on regulated sustainability reporting and will support both mandatory and voluntary disclosures across Zoetis’ Driven to Care Sustainability Strategy. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Sustainability Reporting and Governance and collaborates with External Reporting, Technical Accounting, Internal Audit, Corporate Sustainability, Legal, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting, finance, and/or sustainability reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, SEC) and disclosure trends.
• Lead project management for regulated sustainability reporting across functions.
• Coordinate external assurance processes with auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Design sustainability educational content and deliver management presentations.
• Represent the Controllers function on sustainability matters within company initiatives.
• Develop, document, and execute the sustainability disclosure control program.
• Draft sustainability regulatory disclosures and collect data from data owners.
