• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability or related field required.
• 1-3 years of progressive accounting, finance, and/or sustainability reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring, applicability, and impact assessments of global sustainability regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., EU CSRD, ISSB, SEC, California Climate Rule).
• Assist the primary project manager with development, implementation, and project management of regulated sustainability reporting activities.
• Lead process walkthroughs to support sustainability accounting policies and control framework.
• Develop, document, and execute the sustainability disclosure control program.
