Job summary

Zoetis Inc. is seeking an Associate of Sustainability Reporting & Governance in Parsippany to support regulated sustainability reporting for compliance with global requirements. You will work with Finance, Legal, Sustainability, and Manufacturing to ensure timely disclosures and robust control processes.

The role emphasizes governance, data collection, policy development, and collaboration across functions to implement reporting standards and improve disclosure quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability or related field required.
• 1–3 years of progressive accounting, finance, and/or sustainability reporting experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, corporate governance, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley preferred.
• Familiarity with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SEC Climate Rule, ISSB, TCFD, SASB preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, applicability, and impact assessments of global sustainability regulatory reporting requirements and trends to drive compliance.
• Support development, implementation, and project management of regulated sustainability reporting activities across functions.
• Lead process walkthroughs to support sustainability accounting policies and control framework.
