HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a Senior Associate, Pursuits (Government) to lead strategy and execution for government proposals and qualifications packages.
You will coordinate, write, edit, layout, and produce materials, while partnering with project teams to shape interview strategy and presentations. You will act as the primary marketing contact for the assigned business unit, ensuring timely, compliant submissions and high-quality content from narratives to visuals.

The senior associate is responsible for leading the development of responses to RFQ/RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, high-performing, collaborative, and has strong customer service and communication skills. The position requires excellent writing and design layout skills, project management skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Key to this position is the ability to multi-task and to remain organized and proactive while working under multiple deadlines. The position requires excellent writing and design layout skills. The senior associate collaborates with the Government market leaders; the Senior Pursuits Manager, Government; graphics/branding and communications teams; and other marketing and corporate resources.
Job Functions And Responsibilities
In accordance with Virginia Senate Bill 215 (SB 215), the base salary range for this position is:
$77,000.00 - $112,000.00
Compensation in other cities and states may vary. HITT Contracting offers a competitive total benefits and compensation package including performance-based bonuses, premium health care coverage including vision and dental, employer-matched 401(k), wellness reimbursement program, paid holidays and time-off, and other voluntary benefits and leave types. The determination of salary is based on the candidate’s individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
