As a Senior Associate, Product Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Digital Product Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager Product Management, you will support projects that enhance our digital guest experience, focusing on customer-centric, data-driven usability.

On the Digital Product Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager Product Management, you will support projects that enhance our digital guest experience, focusing on customer-centric, data-driven usability.
- Contribute to the Hilton Digital roadmap as it relates to portions of the digital property, shop, and book experiences.
- Write top-notch requirements, and work with your delivery pod to build and bring concepts to life for our customers.
- Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that make the most impact.
- Define the product's success metrics, analyze/present data post-launch, and quickly act on trends.
- Build trusted working relationships across Hilton, including working with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams.
- Define and present new product concepts to technical and non-technical partners.
- Identify and build new features that improve the digital property experience for guests visiting our website.
- Define and prioritize customer experience features by working with UX, Technology, Marketing, and Analytics.
- Three (3) years of professional work experience in Product, Customer Experience, Technology, or a related field
- Experience writing customer-centric user stories for web or mobile applications
- Experience writing detailed product specs and documentation
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Adobe reporting suite
- This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
- Travel up to 20%
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Five plus (5+) years of professional work experience in Product, Customer Experience, Technology, or a related field
- Experience using research to help craft a product roadmap
- eCommerce product experience
- Experience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well‑being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $77,500 – $100,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
