Job summary

Andersen is seeking Senior Associates for its Private Accounting Solutions practice in New York. You’ll participate in accounting planning and consulting for executives, entrepreneurs, and business entities, delivering high-quality GAAP financial statements and OCBOA work.

You will identify complex accounting issues, perform GL tasks, conduct research, and contribute to project management while mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Audit & Assurance or Outsourced Accounting.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in accounting, finance, or related field with GPA 3.0.
• Advanced credential (CPA) preferred or pursuing CPA.

Responsibilities

• Identify complex accounting and financial reporting issues and review GAAP/OCBOA statements.
• Perform accounting and general ledger functions.
• Identify financial-related issues and perform advanced accounting research.
• Assist in project management and supervise junior staff.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to Associates and Interns.
