Job summary

StepStone Group is seeking a Senior Associate for SPAR (Portfolio Analytics & Reporting) Client Service to deliver portfolio analytics and reporting for private markets clients. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide high-quality client service and drive reporting cycles.

You will mentor junior staff, manage priorities against deadlines, and ensure seamless client deliverables while advancing best practices across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or business preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead projects and/or teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client relationship account manager across the reporting cycle for private markets clients.
• Oversee delivery of client monitoring and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Review and sign-off on core client deliverables to ensure accuracy.
