Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related roles.
• Preferred: CS or engineering degree.
• 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer digital products.
• 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
• 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, and data validation for growth initiatives (including Discover integration).
• Map legacy processes to target-state architectures, supporting rollout of bridge solutions.
• Build strategy and roadmaps grounded in business and customer needs.
• Ensure zero disruption to customer payment behavior during major conversions and system updates.
• Collaborate across backend logic and downstream customer touchpoints to deliver features.
