Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to review development proposals, zoning regulations, and provide guidance to developers and public.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional planning services for the City; reviews site plans for compliance.
• Answers inquiries from public and developers on planning, zoning and permit reviews.
• Prepares staff reports for Planning Commission and City Council.
• Interprets and applies City codes and zoning regulations; coordinates with other departments.
