Saul Ewing LLP in Philadelphia or Wilmington seeks a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Senior Associate or Counsel to join our office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of in-depth experience with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Debtor (in and out of court) and creditors’ committee representation experience is strongly preferred. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are required.

Saul Ewing is seeking a highly qualified Bankruptcy and Restructuring Senior Associate or Counsel to join our Philadelphia or Wilmington office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of in-depth experience with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Debtor (in and out of court) and creditors’ committee representation experience is strongly preferred. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are required. Must be admitted to practice in Delaware. The anticipated pay range for this role is $220,000 - $260,000.
