BioTalent in Chicago is seeking a Senior Associate to help transform Operations & Supply Chain strategies across the Life Sciences industry. This role targets consultants with Operations & Supply Chain experience and strong Life Sciences expertise from leading firms.

You will develop problem-solving frameworks, conduct benchmarking and quantitative analysis, own workstreams, and support end-to-end supply chain activities across planning, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.

• Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed.

Are you passionate about operations consulting, supply chain strategy, and solving complex business challenges? We're looking for a Senior Associate to join a high-performing consulting team focused on helping Life Sciences organizations improve performance across their end-to-end supply chains.

What You'll Do

• We're especially interested in candidates with consulting experience supporting Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain engagements.

Senior Associate Base Salary: $110,000 annually
