The role requires strong communication with clients and team members, overseeing year-end procedures, and delivering timely financial statements. A CPA license or eligibility is preferred, with a full-time on-site schedule in Saint

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting frameworks.
• CPA license or eligibility preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and team.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and coach teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform, supervise, and review complex accounting tasks for multiple entities.
• Oversee annual procedures for tax prep and related returns.
• Prepare and review compilations on various cadences.
• Identify misstatements and address inconsistencies in reports.
• Forecast cash flow and monitor engagement performance against budgets.
• Train associates and provide constructive feedback.
