Qualifications

• A minimum of a college degree and three years’ relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including superb grammar, writing, proofreading and editing ability.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively while knowing when to seek guidance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage search projects from end to end, coordinating and preparing meeting materials and deliverables; communicate with NPAG team members and client contacts to drive action items.
• Develop and write compelling client deliverables including position descriptions and narrative summaries.
• Screen candidate applications and convey findings to Principals and clients; conduct telephone interviews to assess fit.
• Reference check candidates systematically and work with Principals to address client questions and concerns.
• Participate in company-wide meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement.
