Job summary

Carrier in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to own the supply and demand planning processes for assigned materials and suppliers. This onsite role collaborates with Manufacturing, Sourcing, SIOP, and Inventory teams to ensure customer KPIs are met.

You will execute SIOP, translate signals into supplier actions, and drive process improvements while monitoring supplier performance and inventory health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3+ years of material planning / buying experience.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.

About This Role

This position is for an experienced Senior Associate responsible for supply and demand planning execution, supporting SIOP processes, and driving system and process improvements while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and KPIs. This is an onsite role at our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Job Description

Required Qualifications

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
