Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to lead supply and demand planning activities at our Charlotte, NC office. The role will own planning for assigned materials, drive SIOP execution, and coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing and inventory teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory levels.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in material planning or buying and at least 2 years of SAP experience, along with strong analytical

About This Role

This position is for an experienced Senior Associate responsible for supply and demand planning execution, supporting SIOP processes, and driving system and process improvements while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and KPIs. This is an onsite role at our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
