Job summary

Capital One, a Fortune 500 bank, seeks a New Orleans-based Senior Associate for Community Impact and Investment (CI&I). You will translate market insights into strategic investments, nurture relationships with partners, and evaluate grants to maximize socioeconomic mobility in the New Orleans region.

You’ll collaborate across CI&I and Global Enterprise Affairs, deliver compelling market content, draft proposals, and manage the portfolio of regional community partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in project management, process management, project delivery, or a combination
At least 1 year of experience managing programs within community impact, public affairs, external engagement, or social impact
At least 1 year of experience leveraging data and metrics to identify problems and assess program effectiveness

Responsibilities

Gather market intelligence: conduct research to identify and vet partners across community organizations; engage with partners to understand Capital One's support for community needs; monitor risk with CI&I colleagues.
