Job summary

Accountants One partners with a national financial advisory firm to recruit top-tier audit talent into consulting roles with real upside. You’ll move beyond the Big 4/regional grind, gaining variety, ownership, and a clearer path to earnings.

Expect direct exposure to Fortune 500 clients on complex engagements such as IPO readiness, SOX, M&A integration, and FP&A. Based in the NY/NJ metro, you’ll be treated as a critical asset and rewarded accordingly.

Qualifications

• CPA or pursuing CPA required.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance expected.
• 4–7 years in public accounting with at least 3 busy seasons.
• Big 4 or regional firm background; mix with industry experience accepted.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to grow beyond a traditional firm.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-visibility engagements for Fortune 500 clients (IPO readiness, SOX, M&A integration, carve-outs, restructuring).
• Maintain technical depth while building ownership over engagements and earning trajectory.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful advisory and system implementation projects.
