Ideal candidates hold an active CPA or are pursuing it, possess a 4–7 year public accounting background (Big 4 or regional), and have a degree in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Active CPA or actively pursuing
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–7 years in public accounting with at least 3 busy seasons
• Big 4 or regional firm background; a mix of public accounting and industry experience is fine
• An entrepreneurial mindset — you see this as building a career, not just taking a job
• A genuine drive to do more, earn more, and grow faster than a traditional firm allows

Responsibilities

• Direct exposure to Fortune 500 clients and high-visibility engagements such as IPO readiness, SOX compliance, M&A integration, carve-outs, restructuring, FP&A, and system implementation
• A real path to advance, without the up-or-out politics
