  • Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams
  • Excellent research and writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Advise on corporate tax planning, research, and M&A activities
  • Collaborate on due diligence and tax structuring with clients
  • Assist with bankruptcy planning, workouts, restructurings, tax basis, earnings and profits, and 382 studies
  • Coordinate with target's finance/accounting and tax advisors to gather facts for tax risk analysis
  • Develop, motivate, and train staff-level team members
