Job summary

KPMG LLP in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Mergers & Acquisitions practice, focusing on corporate tax services, planning, research, and due diligence.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, assist with tax risk analysis, and help develop and mentor staff while handling multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in federal tax and/or mergers and acquisitions in a public accounting firm, corporate tax department, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or MST from an accredited college/university.
• Knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters in various industries.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
