Zusammenfassung

Ares Management LLC is seeking a Senior Associate, Legal Vendor Strategy & Management – Performance and Value Management to build the governance and analytics framework for outside counsel and legal service providers. You will drive vendor segmentation, sourcing, pricing analysis and performance management.

Reporting to the Head of Legal Transformation, you will develop materials for leadership reviews, collaborate with internal clients, and advance a data-informed approach to vendor decisions

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, procurement, strategic sourcing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating vendor performance and pricing.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and decision-making processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Slides skills.
• Ability to lead workstreams on vendor governance and sourcing initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Support vendor strategy, sourcing, pricing analysis and governance across the legal vendor portfolio.
• Prepare vendor profiles, comparative assessments and leadership materials.
• Develop analyses on pricing, staffing models and service delivery for decisions.
• Lead governance materials for quarterly reviews and escalation items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor strategy with business priorities.
• Use data-driven insights to improve vendor performance and cost discipline.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to support vendor analysis and decision making.
