PwC in the United States is seeking a Financial Services International Tax Consulting Senior Associate to advise on international tax planning, compliance, and strategy for multinational clients within our Tax Services practice.

You will analyze cross-border structures, mentor junior staff, and deliver practical recommendations while deepening technical skills and business understanding. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• CPA exam eligibility in intended state of employment or related credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing international tax laws and treaty provisions for cross-border planning and compliance.
• Prepare memoranda and documentation on foreign tax credits, CFCs, and BEPS issues.
• Evaluate global entity structures and transactions for tax exposures and compliance.
• Interpret client data to develop tax reporting, restructuring and compliance recommendations.
• Manage assigned workstreams, track deadlines, and escalate delivery risks.
• Review work of junior team members and guide research and documentation quality.
• Build client relationships by addressing questions and translating complex tax concepts.
• Support tax provisions, disclosures, and transaction services for financial services clients.
