Qualifications

• ADMITTED to practice NY.
• Four years of experience as an Associate or in a related occupation.
• Experience advising international arbitrations.
• Experience with written and oral arguments before arbitration tribunals.
• Experience working with witnesses and experts in arbitration contexts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams in reviewing and preparing legal documents for international disputes.
• Advise and represent Latin American clients in international arbitrations and negotiations.
• Prepare and respond to document requests in international arbitrations.
• Support and deliver written and oral arguments before arbitration tribunals.
• Work with witnesses and experts, including cross-examining and defending them before tribunals.
• Advise and represent clients in U.S. state and federal courts, including proceedings related to arbitration.
