L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, Texas, is seeking a Senior Associate, Integration/Test Engineer, on-site for a 9/80 schedule. You will support integration, test, calibration, and operation readiness of complex ground and airborne systems across COMINT/SIGINT platforms.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, familiarity with Linux/Windows, and the ability to obtain DoD security clearances.
The Senior Associate, Integration/Test Engineer is responsible for supporting the integration, test, calibration, and operational readiness of complex ground and airborne electronic systems across multiple COMINT/SIGINT platforms.
The successful candidate will have experience maintaining SIGINT/COMINT mission systems on U.S. military airborne and/or ground-based platforms. Requires practical knowledge of job area. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is desired; however, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a combination of military technical training, an associate degree, related experience, and/or applicable university coursework will be considered.
The candidate must be familiar with industry-standard electronic test equipment, COTS hardware, Linux/Windows-based applications, and other COTS software tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, verbal, and written communication skills are required. The candidate must currently hold, or have the unrestricted ability to obtain, a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance and must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
This position operates in a dynamic work environment where schedules may change and shifts may be extended on short notice; flexibility is essential. The position also requires the ability to support multiple shifts and varying work schedules, must require the ability to obtain and maintain FAA Class III flight physical qualification, and requires willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS up to 10%. Experience supporting mission and communications systems on military airborne and/or ground-based platforms is highly desired.
