Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in integration architecture, development, and delivery.

Role Overview:

As an Integration Tech Lead within TDAV, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions that power New York Life’s digital ecosystem. You will lead modernization initiatives leveraging MuleSoft, Spring boot, cloud-native architectures on AWS, and API-led connectivity to enable seamless data exchange across business platforms.

This role plays a critical part in advancing scalable, secure, and resilient integration frameworks, while aligning with enterprise architecture standards and enabling innovation through an AI-first development mindset. You will collaborate closely with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions across Finance and Insurance domains.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Finance / Insurance domain (Policy Admin, ACORD standards)
• AI-first development approach (use of AI-assisted coding, automation, or intelligent workflows)
• Knowledge of event streaming platforms (Kafka, MQ)
• Familiarity with security standards (OAuth2, JWT, Zero Trust architecture)
• Exposure to observability tools (New Relic, CloudWatch, PageDuty)

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $124,000-$177,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
