Job summary

Dimensional’s Global Client Group seeks a Senior Associate to support relationship management and client service for institutional investors. You will work with sales, consultants, marketing, portfolio management, and analytics to understand client needs and identify opportunities.

Build relationships at all levels, present investment proposals, and contribute to business development while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
MBA and/or CFA preferred.
5+ years of experience in Financial Services/Investment Management.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive desire to learn.
Detail oriented.
Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Licensing: SIE, Series 7, 63/66 (or attainment within 8 weeks).

Responsibilities

Articulate investment philosophy and strategies to clients and prospects.
Lead and conduct industry-specific research to support sales campaigns.
Address client inquiries by evaluating circumstances and gathering information across departments.
Identify and propose solutions to client needs and opportunities for new business.
Develop and deliver complex investment presentations for client meetings.
Collaborate with sales, consultants, marketing, PM and analytics teams.
