Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors seeks a Communities Associate to support client relationship management, events, and data analytics for US communities. The role collaborates with Regional Directors and Senior Associates to assist with client service, business development, and event planning across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic record.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Financial Services (incl. internships).
• Understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, qualitative, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; empathetic and perceptive.
• Impeccable attention to detail and time management.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Licensing in process (SIE, Series 7, Series 63/66) or intent to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune systems and processes for team efficiency.
• Manage Communities inbox and field questions and ad-hoc requests.
• Enter CRM data, maintain CRM database, ensure data integrity.
• Prepare regular reports and insights for meetings and events.
• Research, qualify, and assemble marketing lists for webcasts and events.
• Manage waitlists and group interest with regular updates.
• Support annual client surveys across Dimensional Communities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (events, analytics, research, marketing).
• Travel may be required.
