Job summary

Golin Ketchum is seeking a Senior Associate, Influencer to join our team in the fast-growing influencer space. This role requires a digitally savvy, responsible team player who can ideate, outreach, and manage influencer partnerships from contract through campaign completion.

You will collaborate with junior staff, coordinate with internal teams and legal, and stay current with evolving social media platforms to optimize client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in public relations agency or similar position.
• Knowledge of various social media tools and programs; monitors and reads online/news and blogs daily.
• Ability to work in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and brainstorm influencers for client campaigns.
• Outreach to agencies for influencer submissions, and present to Clients in an impactful way.
• Work closely with junior staff on influencer recommendations and strategies for client presentations.
• Draft and update contracts for influencer programs; coordinate with account and internal legal for reviews.
• Input campaign details into tracking systems and ensure deliverables are monitored.
• Act as the point-of-contact with internal colleagues to ensure seamless influencer deliverables.
• Execute partnerships with influencers from post-contract through campaign completion.
• Manage content reviews and feedback for all deliverables.
• Maintain database of influencer research and personalities.
• Stay updated on new capabilities and emerging platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for the ideation and brainstorming of Influencers for specific Client campaigns
• Responsible for outreach to various agencies for influencer submissions, and presenting to Clients in an impactful way
• Work closely with junior staff on building compelling influencer recommendations and strategies, for presenting to clients
• Draft and update contracts for influencer program; work closely with account and internal legal counterparts on appropriate reviews
• Input all campaign details into accounting/tracker system; work closely with junior staff to ensure tracking of all deliverables
• Act as point-of-contact with internal colleagues to ensure seamless execution of influencer deliverables
• Execute partnerships with influencers from post contract phase through campaign completion
• Ensure management of all deliverables fulfilled, including managing content reviews and feedback
• Manage database of influencer research and personalities.
• Stay apprised of new capabilities that are announced on existing social media platforms, as well as new emerging social media platforms that are gaining popularity
• Help support the logistics (travel, shipping product, etc.) to Talent/Influencers for a specific Campaign or Program

What You’ll Have:

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Two to three years of experience in public relations agency or similar position
• Knowledge of various social media tools and programs; monitors and reads online/ news and blogs daily
• Ability to work in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
