The Employee and Executive Advisory team helps clients navigate change, create more connected employee experiences and help leaders make a meaningful impact. This is a tremendous opportunity to work on high profile accounts across a variety of industries, build trusted relationships with clients and do work that makes a direct impact on our client’s business. Our work starts with understanding both an organization’s goals and the employees who bring them to life. We help clients shape culture, engage their workforces and tell a powerful story internally. We support internal change initiatives by helping employees understand not just what is changing, but why it matters and how they can play a role. We also support leaders in finding their voice, refining their stories and connecting with the people who matter most, uncovering the story only they can tell—and making sure it reaches the right audience at the right time.
The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, talented writer and critical thinker who takes initiative and brings a high level of professionalism to the work. You have strong project management skills, are collaborative and are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You approach work with curiosity, sound judgment and a genuine interest in helping clients communicate in clear, relevant and compelling ways. Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify.
