Job summary

Milken Institute in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Associate to advance its mission of fostering inclusive financial markets on the Pathways to Capital team within Milken Finance. This role offers hands‑on experience supporting transformative research, coordinating strategic initiatives, and backing marquee events that connect talent with capital.

You will work on Inclusive Capitalism projects, engage institutional investors and stakeholders, track progress and impact, and help scale programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in financial services or economics.
• Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to research and thought leadership on inclusive capitalism in capital markets.
• Deepen engagement with institutional investors and market participants.
• Support ICAP programs, including HBCU initiatives and Fellow programs.
• Coordinate logistics, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement for programs and events.
• Track progress, analyze outcomes, and assist with communications and impact reporting.
• Provide operational support across the ICAP team and improve workflows.
• Assist with convenings, roundtables, and other stakeholder engagements.
• Duties as assigned.
