Job summary

The Milken Institute is seeking a Senior Associate to advance inclusive capitalism initiatives within the Pathways to Capital team. You will support research, stakeholder engagement, and program execution, coordinating initiatives and tracking outcomes across multiple channels.

You will work with cross‑functional partners, manage projects, and contribute to thought leadership, impact reporting, and marquee events while traveling as needed and supporting strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of financial markets or economics is a plus.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in financial services or economics.
• Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills; strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Support research and thought leadership on inclusive capitalism in capital markets.
• Engage institutional investors, market participants, and stakeholders to expand access to financial markets.
• Coordinate programs and logistics, track progress, and contribute to KPI reporting.
• Support convenings, events, and communications to illustrate ICAP's impact.
