Qualifications

• 1+ year of nonprofit development, partnership building, or wealth management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, pipelines, and account stewardship across Strategic Philanthropy Pillar areas.
• CRM management in Salesforce and programming tracking software.
• Schedule meetings and provide administrative support for program development and events.
• Draft externally facing emails, proposals, and discussion documents.
• Provide project management support and deliverable tracking for funding.
• Leverage AI tools to support prospect research and improve processes.
• Coordinate logistics for Milken Institute events worldwide (Global Conference, Asia Summit, etc.).
• Liaise with program leads to ensure goals are met and managed.
