Job summary

HelloFresh in Newark, NJ is seeking a Senior Associate, Human Resources to support Global Ops Infrastructure and VSM. You will help administer HR procedures, conduct exit interviews, manage performance cycles, and provide training resources to Associates.

You will collaborate with the HR Director and HRBP team, coach non-exempt staff, and participate in special projects while upholding Open Door and diversity commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources within food manufacturing/production, CPG, e-commerce or high growth/startup.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and interview techniques.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment laws; confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws; must understand confidentiality
• Solid coaching and counseling skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience with SHRM / PHR

Arizona Pay Range
