Job summary

HelloFresh in Arizona is seeking a Senior Associate, Human Resources to provide generalist HR support for Global Ops Infrastructure and VSM, with a focus on engaging hourly field employees, onboarding, and career development across our network.

You will partner with the HR Director and HRBP team to lead training, support performance cycles, conduct exits, and resolve open-door/diversity issues, while supporting special projects in a distribution center environment three days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources within food manufacturing/production, CPG, e-Commerce or a high growth/startup company.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, employment agency methods and operations, developed skill in interviewing techniques
• Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws; must understand confidentiality
• Solid coaching and counseling skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience with SHRM / PHR

Responsibilities
