Job summary

WittKieffer is seeking a Senior Associate to manage the initial candidate identification and development process, supporting Consultants and Principals in executive search assignments. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, conduct interviews and references, and help present top candidates.

The role requires strong communication, assessment skills, and the ability to travel as needed. This position offers a base salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 with a semi-annual bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in executive search, research, or recruitment.
• Experience with databases, email, and office IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support the search process with clients and committees.
• Build and nurture client and candidate relationships.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
• Develop compelling presentations to market roles to candidates.
• Travel as needed in the first 12 months.
