Job summary

Rhythm Careers is partnering with a multidisciplinary studio to lead a Senior Associate interior design role for a large-scale corporate project. You will manage budgets, shape design from early concepts to delivery, and coordinate with principals, internal teams and a high-profile client.

The role requires extensive experience in corporate interiors, strong FF&E knowledge, and a proven ability to lead design teams. AutoCAD is used with Revit as a plus for future projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate/conmercial interior design.
• Ability to translate brand designs into sophisticated interiors.
• Strong portfolio across office environments and conference facilities.
• Proven experience leading design teams on large-scale projects.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design direction across a large-scale corporate project.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards and material palettes with the architecture team.
• Interpret brand standards and translate them into interiors.
• Lead FF&E strategy balancing bespoke furniture with off-the-shelf solutions.
• Oversee design development and technical delivery for quality and consistency.
• Coordinate consultants including lighting, acoustics, code and specs.
• Guide the internal design team and collaborate with the client Project Manager.
• Present design proposals and maintain strong client relationships.
