Job summary

Enterprise Advisors, part of Enterprise, seeks a Senior Associate to advance land use and zoning reform for affordable housing. You will use GIS and data analysis to support cities and counties nationwide, develop site feasibility analyses, and create market studies through mapping and census data.

The role requires ArcGIS and data tools, strong writing and collaboration skills, and occasional travel; multiple U.S. locations including Los Angeles are eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years related experience required.
• Graduate degree preferred; strong GIS and data analysis skills.
• Experience with local government advisory services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio focused on land use reform and affordable housing.
• Develop parcel prioritization methodologies for sites.
• Create market studies using Census data and other sources.
• Produce maps and graphics adhering to graphic standards.
• Collaborate with spatial analysts and review work for quality.
