Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• US law degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Public sector experience required.
• Technology industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as counsel for an assigned departmental or functional area and provide legal advice to management and associates.
• Engage with business leaders to understand direction and objectives; advise on potential legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data regulation notices and guidelines.
• Draft, negotiate and interpret commercial contracts including software licensing and SaaS terms.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Engineering and other teams to protect company interests.
