We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full‑Stack Engineer to join our Asset Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Developer, with a portfolio of successful end‑to‑end projects.


• Enhance, maintain, and support a small portfolio of applications.


• Architect and develop web applications, implementing full‑stack solutions using C# and the .NET platform.


• Build interactive user interfaces using Blazor (WebAssembly or Server) and Razor components, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience.


• Design and create RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core to power client‑side functionality.


• Strong knowledge of database technologies, preferably SQL Server.

  • Experience with noSQL databases (i.e. mongo) nice to have but not required.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.


• Experience with version control systems: particularly Git.


• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.


• 3 or more years of professional experience in full‑stack development.


• Proven expertise in C# and the .NET Core / .NET platform is essential.


• In‑depth, hands‑on experience with Blazor (WebAssembly and/or Server) or the Angular framework and component‑based architecture.


• Experience with front‑end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript, for Blazor integration.


• Proficiency in database design and management with Microsoft SQL Server.


• Understanding of ORM frameworks, especially Entity Framework Core.


• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.


• Solid experience with version control, particularly Git.


• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to development.


• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
