Job summary

You will partner across the firm to provide financial analysis, design dashboards, and drive cross-functional workstreams with Payments and Lending, with a focus on timely, accurate performance insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a subject of a technical nature.
• 4+ years of work experience in Financial Services with a Finance, Planning & Analysis, Business Management, Accounting or Consulting background.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
• Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis.
• Provide analytics and strategy including stakeholder recommendations, customer behavior, and analyzing card business.
• Create financial business cases supporting business initiatives.
• Develop and track performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management.
• Oversee the process to deliver month-end results, the forecast for the remainder of the year, and the budget for future years.
• Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and present commentary to line of business Chief Financial Officers explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets.
• Help design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management.
• Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.
